Woo! This looks great!
These are the three main villains right now for my Steam Mice story.
(All of this is subject to change)
In the middle is Alister Grimm, the antagonist. He's a ruthless war lord, and that's about all I've figured out so far.
Then on the right (or left? I dunno, he's the one with the hat) we have the witch doctor. I haven't given him a name yet, but right now he's one of my all time favorite designs.
And on the other side we have the assassin. He doesn't have a name yet either.

I would change the spelling of 'Alister' to 'Alistar'
And for the assassin with the scars, I have found that when naming a vicious killer, give them a poetic name; it tends to enhance the creepiness.
