|HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MYSTERY SKULLS ANIMATED!|
Road to Darkness ch4The slums of the City was not a place Aurora wanted to visit again anytime soon.Road to Darkness ch4 by SteamMouse
The sky was dark, and rain poured down on the rickety buildings. Her boots were soaked from walking through puddles, and the ratty cloak she’d borrowed was getting more uncomfortable by the minute. Neon signs lit the narrow streets, casinos, brothels, bars. Bright colors reflected off the surface of the puddles. It was surprisingly quiet. The only things to hear were the rain and the general noise of the city.
After almost an hour of walking, she found her destination. The Silver Serpent, an odd name for a pub. It’s neon sign flickered, and the building was in only slightly better condition than the structures around it. She pulled her hood down further, then walked through the door.
The tavern was loud, and busy. Cheap audio played over the speakers, while altered Frames served drinks and drunkards wrestled on the floor. Even with all the activity, it didn’t take her long to identify her
Road to Darkness Ch3When the Guardians arrived at the Tower, they went straight to Rahool. The Cryptarch looked at the key for a few minutes, but wasn’t able to determine anything. Handing back the object, he gave them the address of a retired Warlock living in the Tower, who, Rahool said, would be much better equipped to aid them.Road to Darkness Ch3 by SteamMouse
The Exos went to the address immediately, and found themselves at a small apartment nestled in the residential area of the Tower. When they knocked, they were greeted by a blue Ghost, who beckoned them inside. “Please, come in,” the little AI said happily, “we’ve been expecting you.”
Aurora nodded, and entered the apartment. Piles of papers and objects littered the floor, clumped together against the wall. All sorts of items, everything from ancient vases to broken storage containers. The Ghost led them past the clutter and a small kitchen to a study, where an Awoken man was hunched over a desk.
The Ghost left the Exos and flew over to the ma
Road to Darkness Ch2In the north of the European Dead Zone, Aurora set the ship down in a flat area a few miles from the coordinates. They summoned their sparrows and zipped across the landscape. It was biting cold, even worse than the Cosmodrome, and desolate. Most of the plant life they passed was dead, killed long ago by any number of things.Road to Darkness Ch2 by SteamMouse
Their Ghosts led them through a withered forest, but the weather was fouling. The temperature was dropping, and snow was starting to fall. Gusts of icy wind buffeted their sparrows, threatening to smash them against the trees, to the point where they had to travel on foot. In just a few minutes, it had built up into a full-out blizzard.
“This is insane!” Ion shouted over the commlinks in their helmets. The snow was so thick he could only see a few feet in front of his face. So of course he walked right into a tree. He growled, rubbing his head. “What the hell does this guy have hidden out here?!”
Atom appeared beside him with a light.
Cayde-6xReader - VenusCharacter: Cayde-6
Theme: Love/hate relationship
This is my first shot at an xReader, so be nice!
It was another hot, sticky day on Venus. You were battling your way through the city ruins, felling Fallen (A/N: sorry i just had to do that. XD) left and right. A blast of energy flew over your head as you crouched behind a rusted car. Ducking in and out of cover, you picked them off, one by one. It took you just over a minute to get them all. You walked past the bodies, picking up ammo cartridges as you went. Then you went and sat on the roof of a car. You’d been very distant lately, wandering the system, avoiding the Tower. Your Ghost had been worried, but you’d assured him it was nothing.
Your thoughts drifted to Cayde-6, the Hunter Vanguard and the most annoying, stupid, and stuck up Exo in the history of ever. He just got on your nerves so badly, just thinking about him made you want to punch something. He was always trying to impress someone, or look cool.
Cayde-6 x Reader - Dusty Books and Starlit WaltzesHey, look! I finally finished one! Gosh it took me a long time to get this done.
The sun was rising lazily over the Tower as you stumbled out of the hangar. You had just returned from an all-night strike on Venus, and you were bushed. You wanted desperately to sleep, but couldn’t until you delivered the mission report to your Vanguard.
Your Ghost hovered near your head. “You should really get some sleep.”
“Gee, I never would’ve thought of that,” you yawned, head drooping. “Don’t worry, once I talk to my Vanguard, I’ll… take a nap or something.”
“No, not a ‘nap or something.’ You need real, undisturbed sleep.”
“But what about the gathering? If I sleep as much as you want me to, I’ll be late. I might even miss it!” Every few months, there was an organized gathering at the Tower for all the Guardians. It was almost a party, a time for Guardians to relax and do as they please.

Hello there! Welcome to my page!
I do mostly digital art, but dabble in traditional art once in a while. I love to draw mice, but as of late, I've been drawing lots of humans, too.
Steam Mice is a personal project of mine I've been working on for several years. Steam Mice is just a working title, and I'm currently rethinking the story and world, but someday I hope to develop it into a comic, animated series, or maybe even a video game! Whatever it turns out to be, it'll be steampunk!
I'm generally very nice, but if you're mean to me, don't expect me to offer the other cheek. I'm all for LGBTQ rights, even though I'm a straight Christian. XD
I always appreciate comments and favorites and watches, even if I don't always respond or thank you.
